Sharma’s Residence is a 15,461 sqft high-end custom home where tailored design meets architectural precision. For this project, our team delivered a complete interior solution—from precise on-site measurements and architectural drawings to immersive 3D visualizations, allowing the client to experience every detail before production began.

The grand main living room was designed around a large custom sectional sofa, perfectly proportioned to the space. With double-height ceilings, we implemented custom-sized drapery to complement the vertical scale, and due to the oversized floor plan, a bespoke custom carpet was created to anchor the room. Elegant wall paneling was added to enhance the soaring walls and create architectural depth.

In the dining room, we designed a 137.7” custom sinterflex dining table, crafted in two monumental pieces to achieve both scale and functionality. The sinterflex slabs were specially sourced from Italy, bringing refined European craftsmanship into the heart of the home. This bespoke table comfortably seats 16 guests and serves as a striking centerpiece for large gatherings. Decorative wall finishes were applied to further enrich the dining area’s atmosphere.

One of the most distinctive aspects of this project was incorporating several of the client’s traditional heirloom pieces into the overall design, creating a sophisticated blend of personal heritage and modern luxury.
